Sameh Wadi

Sameh Wadi is a chef, restaurateur, and cookbook author known for his creative, flavor-packed cuisine rooted in his Palestinian heritage. He first made waves with Saffron, a fine dining Middle Eastern restaurant, and has since become a staple of the Twin Cities food scene.

Sameh owns popular spots like World Street Kitchen, serving globally inspired street food; Milkjam Creamery, offering inventive, chef-driven ice cream; and Grand Catch, specializing in Viet-Cajun seafood boils. With a passion for blending bold flavors, Sameh shares his culinary journey in his cookbook The New Mediterranean Table. He’s also a self-proclaimed professional eater and spice aficionado.
